Founded and led by Monica Schmidt, who brings over a decade of experience in revenue strategy, Evergreen Strategies helps hotels maximize their revenue potential and achieve commercial success. Monica understands the unique challenges faced by independent and boutique properties, and works closely with each client to develop customized strategies that align with their business goals and brand positioning. With a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape, Monica combines data-driven insights with a personalized approach to deliver impactful results. Monica ensures that each hotel’s strategy is as distinctive as the property itself, allowing them to thrive in a competitive hospitality landscape.
Prior to consulting, Monica worked for companies such as Eaton Workshop, part of Langham Hospitality Group, and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. In addition to revenue management, Monica has extensive experience in the areas of hotel digital marketing, distribution, and project management. Monica holds a Master's Degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Temple University, which has helped shape her broad knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industries.
